## Job description

岗位职责 （1）负责分行对公高风险资产的清收、经营和管理； （2）推进分行对公高风险资产的资产管控、清收/压降、重组和现金回收； （3）协同特管推进诉讼执行程序和清收化解工作； （4）完成分行交办的其它风险化解工作。 任职资格 （1）本科及以上学历，3年以上信贷业务、风险管理、法律合规、清收处置等相关业务工作经验； （2）法律、金融、房地产专业，熟悉经济法、金融法律法规及本行相关制度，熟悉广州及分行辖内地产市场，具备司法领域或AMC行业资源者优先； （3）团队合作意识强，具有高效的执行能力、良好的沟通能力和资产处置的市场营销能力； （4）工作认真负责、抗压能力强； （5）正直诚实、公正廉洁、具有良好的个人品质和和职业道德，无不良记录。
