## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责房屋抵押类贷款业务拓展，挖掘小微企业主、个体工商户客户资源；

### 对接客户全流程
- 业务咨询、资质初判、资料收集、实地尽调、上报审批，跟进抵押登记直至放款落地；
- 落实业务合规要求，做好贷后回访、客户维护，挖掘转介绍及续贷业务，完成相应考核指标。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具备良好的业务素养与学习适配能力，能够快速掌握我行产品规则、作业流程与管理要求 ；
- 具有3年及以上银行业抵押经营贷业务从业经验，熟悉业务拓展、贷前调查及风险管控全流程，具备独立开展业务的成熟作业能力；
- 无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录；符合平安银行亲属回避政策。
