## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责重症/癌症客户方案设计，协助医生完成分病种运营方案设计，包括但不限于用户画像分析、运营方案设计、产品流程设计等；
- 与IT团队紧密合作，明确产品需求，参与需求文档的编写，确保产品功能的准确实现和不断的优化；
- 负责重症/癌症用户运营，设计运营sop并落地执行，并基于数据和用研不断优化运营方案； 任职资格
- 拥有5年以上医疗行业运营经验，需要医疗/护理相关专业毕业或有相关医疗知识；
- 具备良好的跨部门沟通能力，能够有效推动IT项目的需求沟通、协调与上线流程；
- 对用户行为分析和用户体验设计有深刻理解，能够基于数据驱动产品和服务的持续改进
