## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据团队经营策略，管理团队并有效完成业务指标，达成销售任务。
- 积极开拓市场，维护客户关系，提升客户粘度。
- 合规经营，做好业务风险第一道防线。
- 具备政府金融行业，银行投行经验者优先。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、财会、法律等相关背景。
- 具备银行、券商、信托等金融工作经验。
- 具有良好的分析、调研及文字撰写能力。
- 积极主动、认真负责，具备较强的团队合作意识及执行力。
