## Job description

岗位职责 1.1、在理赔业务系统中撰写理赔依据和审核思路，修整批单。 2、在相应核赔职级权限范围内，依据《寿险核赔作业规则》，对理赔案件进行保险合同效力、保险责任范围、出险案由、事故性质、受益人身份和权利的认定并理算赔付金额。 3、对符合提调标准或存在疑问的理赔案件，系统内提起调查需求并具体说明提调原因和调查目的。 4、收集反馈业务处理中发现的理赔信息、系统运作及业务流程问题，提供对策依据。 2.领导安排的其他项目性工作。 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.0-3年相关工作经验 3.具有杰出的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，杰出的沟通协作、担当精神，杰出的执行力，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，本职外愿意额外承担工作，杰出的抗压耐力，具有丰富的专业知识储备
