## Job description

岗位职责
- 从事团体保险理赔调查工作，根据岗位作业指导书的要求，对保险事故进行核实，确定事故事实，在调查时限内完成提调项目，撰写理赔调查报告，为理赔审核提供依据；
- 完成调查指标的数据统计和分析，制作相关报告，筛选并整理理赔调查典型案例，制作案例库，为风险防控提供借鉴；
- 完成公司交办的其它工作。 任职资格
- 大学统招本科及以上学历，医学、保险、法律等相关专业优先，有寿险理赔调查工作经验优先；
- 遵纪守法，品行端正，具有较强的工作责任心和主动性，执行力强，思维敏锐，擅于沟通，有良好的团队合作意识和服务意识；
- 熟练使用办公软件，有较好的文案书写及数据统计、分析能力。
