## Job description

岗位职责
- 处理理赔案件各项任务包括协谈任务、医保咨询任务等；关注理赔处理卡点及时反馈并跟踪优化；
- 向客户解释理赔结果、条款依据及核定过程；
- 对接各类咨询，投诉工作处理；
- 相关运营指标跟进和优化追踪；
- 完成上级领导交办的其它工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，医学、药学等医学专业优先；
- 有人伤保险理赔经验者优先；
- 具有良好的职业道德、团队协作精神、有责任感；
- 具备较强的条理性及保密意识，具有良好的沟通及表达能力。
