## Job description

### 岗位职责 综合销售运营/行政管理的工作重点是销售分析和汇报，包括
- 选择、管理和培训销售人员相关系统、数据库和流程
- 订单处理和客户支持，包括告知客户产品缺货、预计交货日期、价格变动等
- 组织面向客户的销售研讨会和讲习班
- 管理销售印刷品和手册的库存
- 开展竞争对手研究，维护竞争对手信息库
- 准备客户咨询、销售趋势、客户投诉、交货/服务问题、退货理由等相关报告 任职资格
- 理学门类-数学类-信息与计算科学相关专业，本科以上学历，在金融行业，有1-3年车物查勘定损岗工作经验，23-35岁以下，有在产险Top5任职经历优先。
- 参加过咨询项目-管理咨询类项目，担任客户服务，对无有深刻理解，带领过2人以上团队。
- 熟悉营销与销售技能-销售管理-客户服务，具备英语四级更佳。
