## Job description

岗位职责

### 一、业务推动与目标达成

1、负责将总行的银管策略、产品策略在对接的理财经理范围内宣导和落地执行； 2、协助私行财富部在责任区域内追踪业管指标、识别业务短板，指定针对性的改进计划并推动执行，确保区域业绩达标。

### 二、实地辅导与带教

1、协同拜访客户，解答客户异议处理； 2、诊断辅导：运用教练技术，帮助对接的理财经理发现问题，通过示范、角色扮演等进行辅导，提升实战技能。

### 三、培训实施与知识传递

1、课程转训：承接总行培训，再对接责任区域内的转培训，确保理财经理准确理解； 2、主题沙龙：针对承接的理财经理的共性客户、优秀案例，组织客户沙龙、小型分享，促进客群经营及萃取经验。

### 四、工具应用与标准化建设

1、熟练掌握各种内部作业工具； 2、数据化运营：利用数据、分析、总结，为业务提供决策依据，同时监控训后行为。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历，金融相关专业优先。
- 两年以上金融从业经验，熟悉金融产品，有产品推动相关经验，具备专业的财富管理专业能力，有CFA、FRM、CFP/AFP等金融类专业证书者优先。
- 具备较好的数据分析能力和沟通协调能力，出色的沟通表达、较强的抗压能力，及培训赋能他人的能力。
- 目标感强，具备较强抗压能力，有恒心、韧劲强，遵纪守法，合规意识强。
