## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责所辖品牌网点新拓/集团网点关系维护，对所辖网点各项指标、业绩达成负责；
- 负责所辖网点同业信息收集、续保追踪、线上合作推动、合作伙伴痛点挖掘与协助解决、营销策划等；
- 协调处理合作伙伴销售、理赔过程中的简单问题，主动推进转型项目，提升综合能力；
- 上级安排的其他相关工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，有销售工作经验优先；
- 具有较强的业务公关能力、沟通协调能力；
- 具备一定的培训、市场策划能力。
