## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责寿险渠道业务推动，所辖网点团体、个续业务计划及各项管理指标的达成；
- 根据分公司下发计划目标，制定渠道推动策略；
- 负责寿渠代理人辅导训练（新产品培训、课程开发授课）；
- 负责寿险渠道关系维护；
- 寿渠营销方案的追踪和落实；
- 辖区内相关契约、保全问题件沟通与处理； 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 保险、金融专业优先，本科及以上学历；
- 从事金融保险1年或其他经济工作2年以上；
- 具有良好的敬业精神和职业道德操守，责任心、事业心强；
- 有寿险、健康险公司营销部、督导、组训等工作经验的优先考虑；
- 具备扎实的保险理论知识，具有一定的数据分析整合能力，较强的语言表达、沟通协调能力。
