## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据公司政策，统筹规划营业部工作节奏，包括周计划、月计划、季度及年计划等，并督导落地执行，定期检视；
- 组织协调公司资源投放，保证总分公司经营目标达成；
- 负责营业部内的培训、各类活动组织，对经营指标负责；
- 参加项目管理与规划，配合项目规划做方案调整；
- 负责营业部中心的组织发展、运营管理、绩效达成及品质把控。 任职资格 1、5年以上销售团队管理经验（30人+团队）； 2、具有保险公司部经理、课长、处经理、总监等从业经历； 3、具备独立完成工作计划、督导执行的能力； 4、擅长从0到1的组建及综合运营管理、业务洽谈、营业部编制招聘等； 5、管理社群营销、面销、会销、电销等团队管理优先。
