## Job description

岗位职责
- 完成公司及事业部下达的区域经营计划和利润指标；
- 协调集团内其他子公司推荐租赁业务的推动和沟通，加强在其他渠道租赁业务、产品、方案及追踪等宣导；
- 负责组织集团内其他子公司对租赁客户经理的日常培训、方案宣导；
- 负责收集区域内各渠道方对租赁公司的业务需求、合作问题、建议等，提出创新产品或业务建议；
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有1-3年金融从业相关工作经验；
- 良好的渠道开发经营能力，具备独立营销能力及项目操作能力；
- 较强的人际沟通能力。
