## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责支行经营分析，包括阶段目标拆解和关键动作分析；
- 负责支行内部业务督导追踪，确保经营目标达成；
- 负责分行业务模式、策略的落地执行，并进行沟通协调和整理反馈；
- 负责支行负责人安排的其他综合支持类工作，以及分行安排的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、财务等相关专业优先；
- 具有3年及以上银行从业经验，1年及以上相关工作经验；
- 数据分析能力强，思维逻辑性强，统筹协调能力强；
- 具有较强的文字表达能力、撰写报告能力、执行能力、沟通能力和团队合作能力；
- 职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪及不良从业记录
