## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责借记卡、APP、信贷产品等各类业务场景的反欺诈监控体系的建设；
- 负责借记卡、APP、信贷产品等各个场景的反欺诈监控规则和模型的建设,通过分析挖掘客户行为、交易行为、贷款信息等，完善监控策略体系；
- 跟踪研究与反欺诈相关风险管理热点及前沿问题，掌握欺诈前沿理论和操作手段，开发有针对性的防控措施，提前预防欺诈风险损失；
- 负责反欺诈所需外部数据的评估、引入工作；
- 负责反欺诈管理流程、制度的制定和完善。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历，金融/统计/数理类专业优先；
- 具有1年以上风险分析工作经验，有银行零售从业经验者优先；
- 有较强的数据理解能力，熟悉至少一种数据库和统计分析软件如SQL，SAS，R，Python等，进行数据挖掘分析，另外熟练使用Office软件；
- 有较强的逻辑分析能力、协调沟通能力和学习能力，强有力工作责任心，能够承受工作压力，具有团队合作精神。
