## Job description

### 岗位职责 岗位职责

1）绩效达成：根据公司业绩指标，负责达成公司规定的个人业绩目标和品质指标； 2）电话咨询：按照公司标准，利用网、电、移（网络+电话+移动技术）一体化的沟通平台与客户进行直接沟通；； 3）客户服务：维护客户关系，掌握咨询实务流程，提供给客户快速、准确与专业的服务，提升客户体验： 4）培训与成长：适时反馈培训需求，并协助、参与培训，提升个人专业知识及技能，实现个人成长； 5）工作改善：及时反馈工作中、系统运营中存在的问题，反馈所掌握的客户、市场动态等信息，以便公司及时解决、改善； 6）其它：积极执行公司政策，完成公司交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 普通话标准，音质佳，良好的服务意识；
- 具备领悟融会、动手实战、沟通协作、商敏直觉的能力；
- 具备责任担当、勤奋努力、抗压耐力的性格。
