## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责三级机构业务市场研究、发展规划。
- 负责本机构业务的各项数据分析，及时评估，反馈核保政策在机构实施的效果。
- 负责机构核保规则的设置与日常维护，定期跟踪自动核保通过率的达成情况，保单复核及问题件沟通、协调。
- 负责本机构业务制度、工具等核保基础平台建设。
- 产品其它相关事务支持。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历。 2.良好的沟通能力、理解能力。
