## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责牵头组织、推动网点新建、迁址、停(歇)业、续租、增租、减租、改造及变更申请等具体工作;
- 对网点建设进行全流程追踪检视、管理，协调分行各部门推进网点建设工作;
- 负责工程建设项目管理，设计、监理、装修、消防、家具等机构建设类供应商评估与管理；
- 负责职场管理、证照管理。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，工程相关专业优先;
- 具备1年以上银行工作经验，有一定的组织协调能力，熟悉建设、消防等法律法规制度;
- 责任心强，风险意识强，简单务实，踏实肯干;
- 诚信守法，无不良从业记录。
