## Job description

岗位职责
- 学习与熟练掌握银行业务知识、流程，熟悉应用业务技能，为个人和对公客户办理帐户、支付结算、理财等柜面运营业务；
- 严格执行国家各项法规制度与监管政策，严格履行银行各项规章制度和业务规则，较强的风险防范能力，确保各项业务合规运营；
- 识别并满足外部客户的业务需求，及时为外部客户提供高效优质的服务，较佳的亲和力，自觉维护银行的品牌形象；
- 掌握银行柜面产品特性，主动识别和挖掘客户需求，具备一定的销售能力，主动开展交叉销售，积极配合厅堂团队做好厅堂营销工作；
- 为各类内部客户提供高效的业务支持，积极配合业务条线开展上门服务与各类客户拓展活动。 任职资格 1、1年以上银行直接柜面工作经验者优先；2、了解会计基础理论和银行会计实务，熟悉银行会计相关制度、政策及法规，有会计从业资格证、反假货币资格证者优先。
