## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责月度结账及年报数据复核，确保数据准确合规；
- 开展利润预测管理，输出预测结果与完成偏差归因分析；
- 统筹准则管理，开展新会计准则的研究和落地；
- 牵头资产负债清理管理，监控关键科目异常波动；
- 开展各类内外部财务经营数据分析，支持管理层决策。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，高校财经类专业优先； 2、3-5年财务工作经验，具备四大会计师事务所审计经验或大型财险公司财务背景者优先； 3、精通会计准则、特别是IFRS17和IFRS9准则，及财务报表分析方法； 4、熟练使用Excel、SQL、BI工具（如Power BI/Tableau）； 5、具备良好的逻辑思维能力、沟通协调能力及抗压能力； 6、持有CPA、ACCA或中级会计师职称者加分。
