## Job description

岗位职责
- 规划社区支行业务整体发展，组织指导维护客户关系，组织推广和营销各类产品；
- 统筹推动社区支行发展，提高社区支行整体管理水平，完成上级行下达的工作计划；
- 主持社区支行行政管理工作，监督各项规章制度落实，控制销售风险，确保合规经营。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有3-5年社区店长工作经验，
- 具备沟通协作、领悟融会、商敏直觉、动手实战、规划策划的能力。
- 具备责任担当、勤奋努力、魄力决断、专注聚焦的性格。
