## Job description

岗位职责

### 市场调研
- 负责当地市场排摸、项目储备的信息收集，跟踪当地企康市场最新政策动向。

### 数据分析
- 负责分支机构的企康业务数据统计分析，形成分析报告

### 客户陪访
- 负责陪同年金客户经理完成客户拜访，对客户进行现场介绍和沟通

### 培训授课
- 组织分支机构年金客户经理开展企康产品的线上、线下培训

### 业务推动
- 根据分支机构企康业务目标，通过定期追踪，确保销售目标的达成。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历，经济、保险、市场营销或相关专业 2.具备2年及以上保险对公销售推动或健康管理类产品运营从业经验优先
