## Job description

岗位职责
- 在理赔业务系统中撰写理赔依据和审核思路，修整批单。
- 在相应核赔职级权限范围内，依据《寿险核赔作业规则》，对理赔案件进行保险合同效力、保险责任范围、出险案由、事故性质、受益人身份和权利的认定并理算赔付金额。
- 对理赔案件有疑问或存在争议的，将案件提交运营经理咨询意见；对符合提调标准或存在疑问的理赔案件，系统内提起调查需求并具体说明提调原因和调查目的。
- 对需要与客户协谈的拒付案件和部分给付案件，系统内提起协谈需求并具体说明协谈依据与协谈意见。
- 收集反馈业务处理中发现的理赔信息、系统运作及业务流程问题，提供对策依据。 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.0-5年相关工作经验 3.具有杰出的担当精神，本职外愿意额外承担工作，具有优秀的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，优秀的沟通协作精神，丰富的专业知识储备，优秀的执行力，优秀的结果导向型思维，持续付出，努力推进，优秀的抗压耐力
