## Job description

岗位职责 1、通过参与全行综合金融管理培训生体系培养，进行行内各条线各岗位轮岗学习，学习金融、运营、风险、合规等银行知识体系； 2、根据个人发展意愿、专业吻合度、适岗表现定向输送到总分行各部门。 任职资格
- 对金融行业感兴趣，具有金融、经济、数学、计算机技术、管理等相关学历本科及以上学历；
- 积极主动，有良好的服务意识，团队协作性强，尽职担责；
- 具备优秀的学习能力、人际沟通能力、分析解决问题能力等。
