## Job description

### 岗位职责 岗位职责

1，统筹获客策略，对接各渠道总部及机构负责人，对接银行私行/产险渠道的C端客户资源，设计健康服务权益的转化路径。推动客户从“权益激活”到“服务使用”再到“二次转化”的全链路运营。 2，面向F端总部，收集年度权益需求，完成产品匹配与推介促成，面向机构端，推动属地化销售落地。 3，拓展政府/企业客户，推动直销业务落地。 4，为各机构定制商保业务拓展方案，配合渠道完成客户触达、转化与落单。 5，跟进渠道合作项目的执行与数据复盘，沉淀可复制的标准化流程。

### 任职资格 任职要求

1，具备3年以上保险渠道对接、客户运营或商务拓展经验,。 2，熟悉商保渠道的客户经营逻辑与业务场景，有政府/企业直销经验者优先。 3，具备独立的方案设计能力与跨团队协调能力。
