## Job description

岗位职责

### 业务推动
- 代理人队伍日常管理、业务追踪、客户分析及挖掘、续保业务推动及支持；业务政策、制度、方案的宣导实施；各类活动的组织和实施；

### 辅导训练
- 代理人培训、辅导；

### 人力发展
- 增员；代理人线上沟通、线下面谈；举办增员活动；新人面谈及品质审核、新人持续活跃推动；

### 产品支持
- 提供产品咨询、展业支持、团体新保项目方案设计、询价报价及标书制作；
- 契约、保全问题件沟通与追踪；
- 与其他部门做好沟通协同。 任职资格 1.本科以上学历 2.5年以上保险公司工作经验，寿险、经纪公司、中介公司等相关工作经验优先
