## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责干部管理相关工作，包含干部储备、培养等
- 负责人才测评体系及机制的搭建，健全公司人才培养体系建设方案
- 负责拓展培训渠道及培训资源，指导各部门培训工作，提升公司整体业务培训效果
- 负责公司人才梯队建设管理工作，对不同层级的人才进行梯队培养，打造全流程职业生涯规划 任职资格 全日制本科两年以上工作经验，逻辑性； 较强的责任心和沟通协调能力；PPT制作及汇报能力佳者优先
