## Job description

岗位职责
- 推动分行交易银行相关业务经营和管理工作；
- 组织协调总行和分行各项资源，组织推动并完成总行和分行下达的各项指标任务；
- 负责所分管业务领域的市场研究和经营规划，指导经营单位开展客户营销、产品方案设计和业务落地；
- 负责开展团队建设和人才培养，提升产品经理队伍业务技能和专业水平；
- 领导交办的其他各项工作。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、5年以上交易银行相关管理经验，熟悉苏州当地票据、信用证、供应链、贸易融资和跨境金融市场情况； 3、具有较强的市场开拓意识，敢于挑战，沟通和协调能力强； 4、具有良好的职业操守和风险意识，无违法违纪和不良从业记录。
