## Job description

岗位职责
- 制定本机构年度合规工作计划，制定所在机构的合规制度，并指导分支机构规划合规制度；
- 按照监管机关和公司反洗钱制度的要求开展系列反洗钱工作；
- 组织推动各部门各分支机构开展偿二代风险管理综合评级数据汇总分析报送工作，开展年度内控自评测试工作；
- 对公司业务经营及管理活动中的新业务、新制度、新流程、新产品所进行的合规风险识别、评估，开展人身险风险排查及其他合规检视及自查自纠工作；
- 保持与当地监管机构在合规方面的日常工作关系，组织跟踪和评估监管意见和监管要求的落实情况；
- 开展政策解读，培育机构员工的合规意识，开展合规宣导与培训；
- 操作风险事件报送与管理，撰写年度、半年度及其他合规报告。 任职资格
- 保险、金融、法律、财会、审计等相关专业全日制本科（含）以上学历；
- 具有保险或银行证券行业一年以上风控合规工作经验；
- 通过国家律师资格或司法资格考试或通过CPA考试或审计师资格。
