## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责贯彻总部政策，制定中心业务计划；
- 负责督导、跟踪业务，管理业务标准化执行情况，管理业绩追踪、分析，并根据达成情况制定方案；
- 负责制定激励方案；
- 领导交代的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，研究生优先；
- 在金融行业，有5年以上业务管理部经理工作经验，银行风控管理优先，有在世界500强任职经历优先；
- 耐心谨慎、执行力强、抗压能力强，有较好的沟通协调能力，有较强的数据统计分析能力。
