## Job description

岗位职责
- 协同总、分行完成零售信贷指定产品的销售推动与营销管理，达成规划的经营目标；
- 组织产品政策、业务流程，系统工具培训，支持解决业务一线在业务开展过程中遇到的相关问题；
- 通过策划与执行各类营销推广活动、挖掘优秀案例、定期业绩检视等方式，持续提升队伍产能；
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，经济金融类、管理类专业优先；
- 具有较强的执行、沟通协调、团队合作能力，有一定抗压能力与创新精神；
- 熟练运用Office办公软件；
- 职业操守良好，风险意识强，无重大违法违纪行为。
- 有相关工作经验、过往绩效表现优异者优先。
