## Job description

岗位职责 1 全面负责营业部各项管理和业务推动发展工作，指导营业部制定年度、季度、月度工作计划和实施，达成营业部KPI指标 2 负责营业部增员计划，达成满编率，确保团队稳健发展 3 负责下辖团队主管的选拔、辅导、培养和考核，并辅导其管理能力提升 4 负责重点潜才的挖潜与培养 5 落实执行公司各项政策和制度，负责营业部内各项合规工作，对《基本法》的宣导、执行及监督，防范各类风险 6 完成公司安排的其它事项 任职资格 教育程度 本科及以上学历 相关经验 4年以上金融从业经历，其中2年以上营销管理工作经验 专业能力 具有丰富的信贷知识、企业财务及管理知识、宏观经济知识 核心能力 较强的市场开拓能力、丰富的营销团队管理能力、良好的沟通能力
