## Job description

岗位职责
- 发挥平安银行跨境业务优势，满足客户各项跨境业务需求，协调和维护与客户的良好合作关系，给客户提供离在岸一体化跨境服务综合方案；
- 负责制定营销规划策略，组织产品营销和业务拓展，扩大平安银行在苏州当地市场份额；
- 负责发展和培养队伍，定期开展团队产品、技能、政策培训，提高所辖团队成员的整体作战能力；
- 领导交办的其他各项工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济相关专业优先；
- 具有5年及以上银行相关从业经验，从事跨境业务经验2年以上；
- 拥有跨境业务资源，对跨境金融业务客户、行业、国家政策有一定敏感度，有较强的沟通协调能力，能够提高所辖团队成员整体跨境作战能力。
