## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助业务部总监进行团队管理，包括不限于团队业绩目标达成、重新投保、团队激励与考核等过程管理；
- 业务部业绩追踪、指标管理、数据通报等；
- 承接业务部日常行政工作；
- 合规及反洗钱政策的宣导实施、各类合规及反洗钱管控措施、合规及反洗钱培训的执行与自查；
- 上级主管安排的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备渠道管理、业务运营及数据分析能力，有相关行业工作经验者优先；
- 熟练使用 PPT、Excel、Word 等办公软件，具备较强的数据处理与汇报材料撰写能力；
- 工作责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神，能够承受一定的工作压力。
