## Job description

岗位职责
- 牵头对接事业群员工关系管理及荣誉体系运营类专项；
- 主导新筹建子公司员工关系流程的编制与优化管理，负责员工假勤管理线上化、员工信息档案等管理工作，搭建员服数据体系，提高人力资源管理工作效率；
- 梳理用工风险全景图，对内搭建用工管理体系，对外接口律师供应商，针对高风险点，前置设计风险预案；联动各部门管理退工、监察、舆情等风险事件；处理劳动争议，劳动仲裁等，并与劳动监察等外联单位维持良好关系； 任职资格
- 统招本科以上学历，4-6年以上人力资源管理或用工风险管理、SSC管理相关工作经验；
- 熟悉人力资源相关政策、制度和流程，并熟悉劳动法律法规在企业中的运用；
- 具备丰富的员工关系实操经验，共享服务中心运营及推动落地经验，熟悉多城市员工关系及五险一金政策等；
- 逻辑清晰，积极进取，较强的责任心和沟通表达能力，团队协作意识强；
