## Job description

岗位职责

一、制定营业部的销售目标和销售策略，推动业务发展。

二、规划、组织营业部和所辖业务人员的销售活动，完成分公司下达的各项任务指标，提升队伍的业务和盈利能力。

三、组织营业部有效客户的开拓和维护工作。

四、内、外部关系协调。

五、营业部的日常管理。

六、营业部新人的培养育成工作。

七、完成公司交办的其它工作。 任职资格
- 年龄28-50周岁，大专及以上学历；
- 具有较强的市场策划、协调公关、组织营销、业务开拓与推动能力；
- 具有较强团队管理与培训辅导能力、热爱销售管理工作；
- 熟悉保险公司各种金融产品和前后线运作流程；
- 试用期内按规定期限完成岗前课程学习并通过岗前考试；
- 试用期内按规定完成日常管理要求；
- 公司规定的其它条件。
