## Job description

岗位职责 在遵守合规风险管理要求的前提下，向中小微客群提供全生命周期的服务，提升客户价值，贡献经营业绩。

### 获客
- 以“批量+散打”的方式获取客户，确保客户质量，扩大客户规模；

### 活客
- 通过挖掘和满足所管辖基础客户的需求，通过数字化工具经营客户，引导客户加载产品，激活沉默客户，提升客户活跃度，挖掘客户价值，实现全行利益最大化；
- 承担客户经营责任，防范主体风险和业务风险，落实反洗钱、反恐怖融资等风险防控要求等。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，22-35岁以下；
- 具有良好的思想品德和职业道德，有较强的事业心和进取精神，无不良记录；
- 有相关零售，普惠工作经验或科技背景优先。
