## Job description

岗位职责
- 推动所匹配私行中心达成保险中收目标，完成任务考核；牵头组织私行中心、私行团队保险沙龙并参与主讲工作。
- 组织面向所匹配私行分中心PB的保险销售技能培训和产品训练；及时协助所匹配私行分中心PB开展大单陪访；协助所匹配私行分中心PB按照意向客户的实际情况制定符合客户需求的产品计划书。
- 完成总行、分行每周、月、季的重点工作安排；严格遵守监管合规要求和公司内部的相关规定。 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.5-8年相关工作经验 3.有银保业务推动及工作经验
