## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责达成团队的销售任务；
- 负责业务拓展，策划并组织所辖团队实施营销活动；
- 负责所辖团队建设和人才培养，以及产品、技能、政策的培训；
- 完成上级领导安排的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 三年及以上营销经验，具备丰富的市场营销专业知识，熟悉各种金融产品及相关业务；
- 丰富的市场开拓经验，较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理及组织能力；
- 具有跨界、重要行业、业务经验，业务资源特别丰富的高潜人才优先；
- 无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录。
