## Job description

岗位职责
- 使用线上渠道及工具为客户答疑解惑
- 为客户提供资产配置方案及服务陪伴
- 通过企微做好私域流量经营及转化
- 持续提升客户金融持仓及资产层级跃迁 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、管理类相关专业或具备理财经理、厅服经理、柜员等岗位经验者优先
- 拥有1年及以上金融行业相关从业经验优先，或熟悉金融客户服务、银行/基金/证券等相关业务流程者优先
- 持有基金从业资格证者优先，了解金融行业合规管理、客户服务相关政策规范
- 具备较强的沟通协调能力、服务意识与责任心，做事细心严谨；熟练使用办公软件，具备良好的问题解决能力与抗压能力
