## Job description

### 岗位职责 带领模型分析团队完成以下工作
- 搭建、维护分析型风险数据集市；
- 测试各种外部数据对改善风控的效果，并将性价比高的外部数据纳入模型、策略，提升风控水平；
- 开发、监控、维护评分模型，通过数据引入、算法优化，优化模型性能；
- 监控资产组合、各产品、合作机构的风险情况，并提供分析、预警；
- 完成各种临时性的数据分析，以及其它交办的工作。 任职资格 1. 应用数学、数理统计、数据挖掘、机器学习、计量经济专业硕士及以上学历； 2. 8年以上评分模型开发和模型团队管理经验，熟悉SAS、Python； 3. 熟悉评分模型的开发、跟踪、监控，以及将机器学习算法运用于评分模型的开发； 4. 对用数据、算法不断提升解决问题的能力有激情； 5. 良好的沟通能力、团队领导能力。
