## Job description

岗位职责
- 前后线沟通平台的规划与组织，了解业务队伍对运营督导团队的问题及建议；
- 各项运营督导队伍推动方案的宣导与追踪；
- 本机构运营督导队伍培训计划实施；
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历（有学位）；
- 较强的追踪及分析解决问题能力，思维开放，有敏锐的洞察力，沟通能力较强；
- 熟悉office各项软件及相关业务系统操作。
