## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责组织编制年度及专项培训规划及预算，并定期跟踪调整；
- 负责重点线上/线下培训项目的策划、组织、实施与闭环管理，包括资源协调、过程执行、与训后维护；
- 负责知鸟平台的日常支持，直播、课程、考试、问卷及数据调取等；
- 负责年度培训预算的编制、费用审核与执行率监控；
- 负责潜才选拔、评估、培养计划设计与项目实施，培养效果跟踪；
- 统筹管理管培生培养计划，设计轮岗方案、指导人配置、培训活动及评估；
- 积极与业务部门协作，提供专业培训支持，承接并高效完成上级交办的其他任务。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备良好的责任心、进取心和积极心态，较强的沟通协调能力；
- 具有较好的团队协作能力、执行力和组织能力。
