## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责常规责任险业务核保作业和询报价沟通等工作，为核保作业质量、时效和满意度负责。
- 参与并协助目标市场调研，制定产品经营策略及核保政策
- 制定并提供产品销售指引等，协助进行业务拓展
- 产品自核规则的制定及执行，推进产品线上化
- 负责对产品核心指标的达成进行有效监控和异常预警 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，精算、数学、统计、法律、电子、计算机、医学、工科等专业优先
- 有保险公司核保工作经验者优先
- 具有良好的业务规划能力、沟通协调能力、落地执行能力、团队协作能力、思维严谨、逻辑清晰。
