## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责制定智慧风控智能体（Agent）应用的整体规划，构建统一的AI能力中台，推动大模型、知识图谱等前沿技术向可落地的风控决策能力转化；
- 负责智慧风控智能体项目的全流程管理，涵盖需求分析、方案设计、技术选型、开发实施、测试验证及上线运维，确保项目按时高质量交付；
- 负责建立智慧风控智能体应用效果评估指标体系，持续收集用户反馈，跟踪运行数据，推动模型迭代与流程优化；
- 负责跟踪AI技术前沿领域进展，评估其在银行风控场景的适用性，组织团队能力建设与知识沉淀。
- 负责其他智慧风控智能体应用管理相关工作。 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历，人工智能、计算机科学、统计学、数学、金融工程等相关专业；
- 具有3年以上银行智慧风控建设相关工作经验，具备大模型/智能体落地经验优先。
- 熟悉主流大语言模型（如Deepseek、Claude、千问等）的基本原理与应用方法；精通提示词工程，能够独立完成高质量提示策略的设计与调优；
- 熟练掌握数据清洗、特征工程、变量筛选等基础方法，具备SQL查询及常见数据库的操作经验；数据敏感度高，具备优秀的数据分析能力与异常检测能力；
- 熟悉银行信贷业务流程及全面风险管理框架，理解风控模型的核心逻辑与构建原理；
- 具备技术前瞻性、优秀的沟通协调与团队建设能力。
