## Job description

岗位职责 负责销售组织的非车业务及代理人队伍管理工作。

### 主要工作

1、非车行业定向增员管理。搭建非车队伍，培养非车精英代理人；2、商机过程管理，重点非车项目落地，非车业务展业支持，重点非车项目陪同展业；3、数字经营，利用线上管理平台管理代理人队伍；4、非车长期经营的发展规划，参与制定年度预算体系；5、负责上下对接机构沟通与协调，细化下级机构落地动作；6、非车产品管理，核保对接及产品推动落地、对外招投标工作统筹跟进。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历
- 专业不限，保险、金融、管理专业优先
- 熟悉计算计操作，懂数据分析优先
