## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责湖南地区产险渠道的开发与维护，确保渠道稳定合作;
- 制定并执行渠道销售策略，达成销售目标;
- 与渠道客户保持良好沟通，及时处理客户问题;
- 跟踪订单执行情况，确保客户满意度;
- 收集市场信息，反馈客户需求，提出改进建议。 任职资格
- 具备1-3年渠道销售相关工作经验;
- 熟悉湖南地区的市场环境和渠道资源;
- 具备良好的沟通能力和渠道管理经验;
- 能够独立完成渠道开发和维护任务;
- 热衷于开拓市场，具备较强的业务拓展能力。
