## Job description

岗位职责 在遵守合规风险管理要求的前提下，进行市场自营贷款开拓、深耕商圈/网格社区等，达成业务任务，维护商圈/网格社区等客户关系。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 具备银行零售信贷、普惠、对公工作经验1年以上；
- 有小微企业、商圈等资源的优先，擅长通过行业协会、供应链上下游联动等获客；
- 具有良好的团队协助意识及态度，良好的沟通能力，合规意识强，无不良记录。
