## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责分行核心岗位招聘，确保达成招聘目标；
- 分行招聘渠道管理，包括但不限于网络渠道、内推渠道、猎头渠道等；
- 负责分行校园招聘全流程管理，提升我行雇主品牌形象；
- 负责招聘数据分析，优化招聘流程，提升招聘效率；
- 领导交办的其他工作事项。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备3年及以上招聘相关经历，拥有银行、保险等行业相关招聘经验，熟悉行业招聘难点和应对技巧；
- 熟练掌握各类招聘工具与方法，能够精准识别候选人的能力与潜力，具备优秀的简历筛选和面试评估能力；
- 拥有良好的团队合作精神，能迅速融入团队，能适应公司招聘工作，确保招聘目标达成。
