## Job description

岗位职责
- 农险产品相关业务的拓展；
- 机构农网队伍的建设、基层协保员队伍的铺设；
- 推动科技农险项目落地实施； 任职资格
- 管理学门类-工商管理类-会计学、经济学门类-金融学类-金融学、工学门类-计算机类-计算机科学与技术、管理学门类-工商管理类-市场营销、管理学门类-公共管理类-公共关系学相关专业，本科以上学历，在金融-保险、金融-银行、金融-基金/证券/投资、金融行业，有1-3年大同中支交通物流分部农险专员工作经验，有在世界500强、平安系、产险Top5、国内泛资管Top50任职经历优先。
- 参加过咨询项目-战略咨询、咨询项目-管理咨询、IT项目-实施项目、IT项目-运维项目、投资项目-生产性项目、投资项目-非生产项目类项目，担任项目管理、现场销售、财务控制与报告、投资银行交易，
- 熟悉营销与销售技能-销售管理-客户关系管理、营销与销售技能-销售管理-客户发展、共同资源类技能-人力资源-人力培训、营销与销售技能-销售管理-客户服务、金融专业知识-保险类技能-保险理赔，
